We have a hard & fast rule at DRI; if she comes up open, she goes to town. This time, it wasn't the cows' fault. We had a bull problem in the pasture where we kept our 1st & 2nd calvers and thus had 10 REALLY nice, young females come up open through no fault of their own.

We don't have a fall-calving herd, so our loss is your gain. We synchronized & AI'd these 10 registered cows Dec. 9, 2022 to Tehama Tahoe B767 & DRI Super Bowl Z115, both highly proven, cow-makers with good growth & carcass, yet moderate mature size. Pasture exposed to DRI Tahoe J127.
