The Black Angus Bulls averaged $2,230 when all was said and done. Bulls sold in Kansas, Texas, Kentucky and Ohio. However, most of the bulls stayed pretty close to home. We are gratified that so many friends and neighbors appreciate the genetics and service of Downey Ranch!

High selling commercial bred heifers were a group AI'd to GAR US Premium Beef to calve Feb 4-6, 2004 to Mr. Norman Fuller of Miltonvale, KS. The gavel fell at $1450/head. Thank you Mr. Fuller!
Volume bred heifer buyers with 14 head each were Mr. & Mrs. Gene Murray of Auburn, KS; Charles & Chuck Downes of Council Grove, KS and Mr. & Mrs. Bob Kraus of Eskridge, KS.
