We welcome any Wabaunsee County 4-H members and their families who want to know more about horses. You'll:

Learn how to care for your horse safely and properly;

Learn how to compete in the events of your choice;

Understand the rules and requirements for participation and competition.
We also have A LOT of fun while learning! Summer meetings with horses are generally held at Leader Stephanie Imthurn's arena where we learn and practice with our friends and then enjoy a potluck dinner. Some of the parents practice their roping skills on the mechanical steer "Buford" or just catch up with the other parents.
